General Body

The General Body is the highest decision-making body of the Eye Bank Society of Rajasthan. It comprises of all categories of members of the Society which are follows:

• Individual members
• Institutional members
• Donor members

Every year,  annual meeting of the General Body of the EBSR is convened. If need be, special meeting of the General Body can also be convened. In annual meeting, following business is carried out:

• Confirmation of the minutes of the previous General Body Meeting.
• Approval of the annual budget and programmes of the Society.
• Approve and adopt the Report of the Executive Committee.
• Approve and adopt the Audited Accounts.
• Elect Members of the Executive Committee.
• Appointment/re-appointment of Statutory Auditor.
• Conferring membership.
